呵呵~我去长沙想找正宗的臭豆腐，所以每个摊都吃点。吃了N多次结论是味道都一样。湖南臭豆腐挂正宗牌子的味道都一样。四川的臭豆腐麻辣。武汉的外焦里嫩。湖南的香脆。我最喜欢还是老北京的那种挂个罐子走街串巷卖的大块臭豆腐乳，现在绝种了。<br/>
