标题: 北京“病友会”四月活动图片分享
     这是北京地区“病友会”活动的第四次了，本想写一篇文字把聚会过程写出来，可能是对着屏幕发了半天呆，也不知怎么写，想必是我念书少的原因。算了，还是以图片形式分享这次聚会吧，稍加文字点缀一下就行。     发图前还是要感谢一下“<a href="http://www.yxb-cn.com/">感知·关爱</a>”俱乐部，为我们成功举行户外健康行活动提供了很大的帮助，在此向“感知·关爱”俱乐部和健康专员“小静”表示感谢！     本次活动地点定在“北京植物园”，这个季节去植物园游玩的人太多了，导致离集合地点还有1、2公里的地方就开始堵车，一大部分朋友都是下车走过来的，加上昨天北京气温飙升到28度之高，累啊、热啊、喘啊……但是在活动中，看到更多的是笑容、听到更多的是笑声。     为了尊重个人隐私，图片做了模糊处理！

 简述一下，哪个小组第一个完成必须叫第一关的裁判检查，合格后在地图上盖个章（好像是灰太狼的图案），之后小组才能向地图上标注的第二关出发。每个小组的成员必须全部到达下一关，才能开始新的挑战，缺一不可。

 7：第二关。用A4纸剪出一个环形，不能断开，所有组员必须站在圈内照一张相。     这关也是相当的费劲，各组成员也是各显其能，总之，折腾半天才有三个小组完成任务盖章通过，余下两个小组直到把第二关裁判熬得快晒晕过去的时候，裁判忍不住，放行！ [attach]16169[/attach] [attach]16170[/attach]

 9：第三关。地图定向       这关就简单多了，只要按着地图上的标记找到终点就算过关，但前提是所属小组成员必须全部安全到达。说简单也简单，说难也难，真有两个小组分不清东南西北，一组是在第二关裁判的指引（一小下下）才找到路的，另一组嘛，干脆就走错了路，直到4个组都到达指定地点，那个小组还在山水花草间“踏青”呢。 [attach]16173[/attach] [attach]16174[/attach]

 13：颁发参与奖。没有取得名次的小组依然可以得到参与奖，其实奖品不重要，重要的是我们在一起非常开心。所以，我们的口号是“没有蛀牙”！            [em04]说错了，我们的口号是“我们参与，我们快乐!”. [attach]16180[/attach]

 14：知识竞赛。现场分6个小组，每组一个信封，里面是10道选择题，是一些与疾病有关的基础问题，答案最准确、答题速度最快的为第一名。 [attach]16182[/attach] [attach]16190[/attach]

     本次活动大概有多少人参加呢，我先数数啊，一组5人，5个组…还有怀孕的…带孩子的…带家属的…不方便的…后赶来的…全程跟拍的…各关裁判…一共是，反正是不老少呢！     在此，向全体参加活动的朋友，健康专员“小静”，全程跟拍的病友以及各位志愿者表示感谢，因为有你们，这个春天很温暖，谢谢！
