不知道我现在的糖尿病将来什么发展，现在还在用胰岛素辅助治疗，不然酮体多就会酸中毒昏迷。

现在这个药在加拿大大约是合5万人民币左右吧，好了以后每隔一段时间也需要打维持针，不过效果很好了。

这是美国论坛一位打了第四针的STELARA. 人家2009年已开始，怎么中国还在试验。有些安全性是要靠量与时间方能得到数据，北大一院怎么了。


hello fellow stelar users. i go for my 4th shot on the 24th. 1st shot was 10-30-09. i've attached a photo of why i haven't been around NPF website lately.

哈喽各位stelara使用者，我已在24号注射了第四针。我的第一针是在2009年10月30日。我在NPF网站附上我的照片说明我最近很少到网站的原因。

What is everyone's game plan as far as "how long you/doctor will keep you on stelara"?

大家的计划是不是只要stelara有效，你或你的医生会继续给你使用?

My doctor wants to pull me off at 1 year and see what happens. If my P comes back, i'll be on it forever. Does he actually think this friggin disease won't come back? It's not curable, but i FINALLY Found a treatment that works. Why mess with it. I get NO side effects, accept for tiredness the first 3 days after the shot.

我的医生要我一年后停用视其如何发展。如我的P回来，我将永远使用它。他（医生）是不是真的想这死疾病不会再回来？这是不能根治的。我最后找到了治疗的药物。为什么把这药物说得很糟糕，我没有副作用。除了打针后的3天内很疲倦。

He says there's not enough saftey data for long term use.

他（医生）说没有足够的数据说明长期使用是安全的。

What do you all think?
