还有一个叫“皮诺康洗剂”（主要成分是1%的煤焦油），治疗头部银屑病效果很明显，我一直在用，不过是见轻不见好，不过已经比较满意了！

Hi, first time poster, so go easy on me!! I've just been prescribed Xamiol and I note that I should only use it for a max of 4 weeks. I've used it for nearly 2 weeks now and my psoriasis is all but clear. Should I stop with the Xamiol and use it when it flares up again, or should I use it for 4 weeks and then stop?

It's the first treatment I've had that has helped, but I don't want to use it so much that its effectiveness is reduced next time I get a flare up...

Any thoughts!? My doc was very unclear about it (I think I was maybe the first person he'd prescribed it too!!) so thanks to this thread for educating me!!

ps. it's a hell of a oily, greasy treatment in your hair....anyone found a good shampoo for getting your hair clean again?!

The doctor put me on this a couple of weeks ago.   I didn't find it helped me (made my scalp itch more than usual  ??? ) but to wash it out is an absolute nightmare too... you end up with a greasy head *after* trying to wash the stuff out.   Not a good look for work  :

这个贴好，两个月前看到的，马上买了其中一个产品。到现在三天才洗一次头，感觉很不错。基本看不到皮屑。
之前那八年太痛苦了，基本天天洗头/抹药，但每天头上都是一片片的皮屑.........

该症只要用“桑白皮20克，米制白醋60毫升”水煮洗头，连续用6-15天，即可痊愈。《洗头后不可再用自来水冲净，否则疗效不佳》，均供参考。

还有哪位P友用过水杨酸的洗发水
是不是煤焦油效果最好呢？

价格不贵，打算也去买瓶试试，但是看有的评价说效果不是很好，我是轻度寻常型，主要是在头部，苦恼啊！
