< align=center><FONT size=5><B></B><B><o:p></o:p></B></FONT></P><FONT size=5><B>摘要</B><FONT face="Times New Roman">  </FONT>银屑病（牛皮癣）为常见的皮肤病之一，国内外研究较多，但尚未找出理想的治疗药物。迄今为止，银屑病还没有实际应用的动物疾病模型，但已有若干种可用于药物研究的实验动物模型，这些模型模拟了银屑病的主要病理生理特点。<FONT face="Times New Roman">Bonder</FONT>和<FONT face="Times New Roman">Van Scott</FONT>提出的鼠尾鳞片表皮模型，<FONT face="Times New Roman">Jarrett</FONT>上和<FONT face="Times New Roman">Spearman</FONT>提出的小鼠阴道上皮模型，即是这些模型中的二种。 <br></FONT>

<><FONT size=5>银屑病表皮的病理生理特点是增生过快和分化不全，雌激素周期的小鼠阴道上皮增生活跃，有丝分裂增多，细胞转换加快，模拟了银屑病表皮增生过快的特点。而鼠尾鳞片表皮的角化缺少颗粒层形成的过程，模拟了银屑病表皮角化不全的特点。有人认为银屑病与机体免疫功能异常有关。我们采用上述二种动物模型试验了镇银膏对银屑病的治疗作用。结果表明，镇银膏高、中、低剂量对小鼠及大鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂均有明显的抑制作用；高、中剂量对小鼠尾鳞片颗粒细胞层的形成有明显的促进作用，低剂量作用不明显与空白对照组比较无显著性差异。镇银膏也可明显提高小鼠外周血<FONT face="Times New Roman">T</FONT>淋巴细胞的活性并可非常显著的增强小鼠<FONT face="Times New Roman">NK</FONT>细胞杀伤靶细胞的活性。</FONT></P></TD></TR></TABLE></FONT>
