A good insight but I am sorry that I couldnt support your English. It is a typical chinese style English no grammatical erro but not fluent and articulate.
Anyway it is amzing that your opinion makes a grumbling discussion. The race is on.
And futhermore ,I also disagree with you about the cynicism you made towards western doctors. In the USA especially, the MD are the top students and selected under strong competition to make them the most accdamically inclined people. And the have to be trained vigrously for 7 years and they have to be continually taking course to upgrade their knowldege and skills. Doctors are the most respected job in the western world ,they win a high statu ,socially and finacially. This is aimed to make the doctors who serve patients are the best talent amonst all.
In fact, most of the doctors are really good, professionally and morally. In contrast, doctors in China sucks. My own dad is a doctor, doctors in china are not best talent and so many of them have low level of moral!!! so many carpet beggers! One seldomly hear scandal about doctors in Western but it is so common in china which is our shame!!! so many conmans. I do agree the idea about exchange experiences between china and us ,but please dont put you patroistic emotion inside.
Where in my words do you find my patriotic emotion, patriotic to what country? Do you know my position to both systems?
Oh, BTW, "Furthermore" is a typical way for Chinese to present his ideas... I seriously recommend you use it less, as I could recall been forced to rewrite my dissertation for overusing that word.
